Return Policy

We strive to provide the best service to our customers to meet or exceed customer expectations to maintain customer satisfaction. To ensure quality products and authenticity, we only purchase products directly from the manufacturers or their authorized Canadian distributors.

If there is an issue with a product that you purchased from please send a return request to for consideration. We will accomodate all reasonable requests for return, exhange and refund.

The following constitute the return policies:

  1. Unless the product is defective, your products must be returned in new and resellable condition to be eligible for a refund, an account credit or exchange.  If used, we may still authorize a return but may also assess a restocking fee of 10%, or assess a partial or credit at our discretion.
  2. If a returned product is not working properly, the cord is unravelled indicating use, parts or documentation is missing, damaged packaging, contents missing, or other indications of use, we will not issue a refund as these issues render the product(s) non-resellable.  We will consider issuing a full or partial credite, or offer a replacement, at our discretion.
  3. If the product is defective you must clearly state the reason it is defective and we will provide a replacement upon receipt of the defective product.
  4. All returns/exchanges are subject to our approval, at our discretion, and requests for return must be received within 30 days of the date of your purchase. To accomodate gift giving and delayed shipping, we will consider returns/exhanges beyond the 30 day window, on a case by case basis.
  5. Warranty replacement requests must be received within the eligible manufacturer’s warranty period.  
  6. We will do our best to accommodate your warranty replacement and return the defective goods on your behalf, to the manufacturers or their representatives.
  7. If a return is approved, and once approved, we may, at our discretion, provide access to a return shipping label, free of charge. We may however, apply the return shipping fee cost to the refund or credit, at our discretion. We do not refund original shipping fees (if applicable)
  8. If you received free gift(s) with your purchase, you must return the gift to receive full credit or refund for your purchase.  If you do not return the free gift(s) without our consent, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  9. Please note, that for hygiene reasons, and for health and safety, any products that are applied directly to your skin, hair, or body, cannot be returned for refund.  These products may include, but not limited to flat irons, curlers, clippers, trimmers, scissors, mask and nail polishes.  It is up to our discretion to determine the eligibility of such product returns.
  10. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return
  11. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed and resolved, and a refund or credit has been applied, if applicable.

Subject to the above policies, we always try to accomodate our customers if the requests are reasonable.
