Quality Assurance: To guarantee quality and authenticity, our products are sourced exclusively from manufacturers or their authorized Canadian distributors.

Return Request Procedure: Should you encounter any issues with a product from, kindly submit a return request to for our consideration. We strive to accommodate all reasonable requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Policies:

  • Unless defective, products must be returned in new and resellable condition for a refund, account credit, or exchange. If a product has been used, we may, at our discretion, refuse the return or offer a reduced refund or store credit.
  • If a returned product is not in unused and resellable condition, or if the packaging is damaged, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we may consider a full or partial credit or offer a replacement product, at our discretion.
  • For defective products, clearly state the reason, and upon receipt of the defective item, we will provide a replacement.

Approval and Timeframe: All returns/exchanges are subject to our approval, at our discretion, with requests to be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Exceptions beyond the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Replacements: Warranty replacement requests must be submitted within the eligible manufacturer’s warranty period. You also have the option to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-covered defects.

Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a free return shipping label. However, we reserve the right to apply the return shipping fee to the refund or credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned at your expense, we offer a trackable, expedited Canada Post return shipping label at a cost of $15 (Ontario and Quebec) and $22 (all other locations within Canada), deducted from the refund or store credit.

Free Gifts: Return any free gifts to receive full credit or a refund. Failure to return free gifts without prior consent will result in the deduction of the full retail value from your refund or credit.

Hygiene and Safety: Products directly applied to skin, hair, or body (e.g., flat irons, curlers, clippers, trimmers, scissors, masks, nail polishes) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Eligibility for such product returns is at our discretion.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for return processing. Once processed, we will send an email confirmation of the resolution, along with a refund or credit if applicable.

Customer Accommodation: Subject to the outlined policies, we always endeavor to accommodate reasonable customer requests.
