How To

• Apply after cleansing.
• Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or clean hands.
• Gently sweep or press the toner over the face and neck.
• Pat lightly until fully absorbed.
• Follow with serum and moisturizer.
• For targeted hydration, saturate cotton pads and place them over dry areas as a short toner mask.
• Use morning and evening.
