Livia uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API, with permission, to measure visits and purchases and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising.
What happens after you allow Meta tracking
Only after you give permission, Livia may send Meta page URLs, product and order IDs and values, Meta _fbp and _fbc cookie values, your IP address, browser details, and normalized SHA-256-hashed matching information.
The hashed matching information may include email, phone, customer or guest ID, first name, last name, city, province, postal code, and country. Hashing takes place in memory before the event is sent.
What is never sent
Passwords, payment-card data, street addresses, birth dates, and gender are never sent to Meta by this integration.
Your choice
Before permission, or after denial or revocation, this integration does not load Meta Pixel, call Meta tracking services, send Conversions API events, or create Meta cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Existing Google and Pinterest behavior is outside this Meta-specific choice.
